Soccer

We were also asked to put forward a team for a five-a-side street soccer league taking place in Galway from 22nd September 2008. This league ran for ten weeks, and consisted of three matches per team every Monday between the hours of four and six and training every Friday from six o' clock. GDYS purchased jerseys for the team and this boosted the pride and team spirit amongst those who took part.
